Hiking the Redding Area & Redding Photography

I had a rare day off on Sunday and planned a little hiking and location scouting off Clear Creek. I have had some thoughts about photographing seniors and more families in a couple spots that are beautiful... if you can avoid the rattlesnakes and poison oak.

So on went the backpack and camera bag hoping the rains would wait for my return. After a solid hour and half of trekking up and down the foothills looking for access to an area, I found on Google Earth I can across this great visa. Looking North West over Clear Creek it has the feel of a scene in Idaho I remember from vacation travels long ago.
