Happy

I am happy...

The daughter is home for a week from college and she did VERY well in school her second year down in San Diego. We are so proud of her and excited for the bright future that lies ahead.

Since she is my main hiking buddy we will be trekking up Castle Crags in the next day or two and maybe also check out some of our favorite waterfalls in the Burney area. This REALLY is the best time of year to discover the beauty of the North State. The temps are still cool and all the lakes and rivers are full so grab a camera, picnic lunch and head for the hills.
