It Ain't Hot Yet

While at the gas station filling the Jeep this afternoon a tourist from Oregon mentioned how it was a bit warm today but heard that Redding often tops 105 degrees.  He was missing the cool of the northern coastline but was on the way South to Disneyland with the family.  I told him how I remember a couple Redding days in August when it topped 116 and was over 110 for a week solid.  Those days are HOT!

If you are waiting for August or September for your senior portraits you might want to rethink that idea.  It's tough to look good with sweat pouring down your face and your clothing hot and sticky...
