Hope You Had a Great Weekend

I had a wonderful 3 day weekend in Vegas meeting my daughter for some training on our second business.  The weather was perfect, we had a couple really good meals in the evening plus Saturday night we got to see the Lion King at Mandalay Bay! 

What a spectacular production with great costumes, staging, dancing and music.  I loved the zebras and was amazed at how they made even the grass come alive as part of the show.  If you get the chance see it with your kids, GO, it will be worth it.  I am told it does sell out every show so book early to make sure you get the best possible seats.  Also try Vegas.com for your tickets. I was able to save $55 on each ticket and got perfect seating right in the middle and only a few rows back from the stage. 

Playoffs start this week for the prep football. As usual the Chico area is well represented and will put up a great battle for our boys. That also means basketball season is right around the corner with the Carter tourney.  This should be an exciting finish to 2009!
